The FlatIron Crossing Village is a phased redevelopment project designed to energize an entire site around the existing shopping center and theater. The resulting mixed-use project will include multi-family (650 units), office (approx 250,000 sq ft), hotel, and outdoor community space, in addition to a vibrant food and beverage and retail selection. The result will be a walkable, urban, live/work/play/shop experience. FlatIron Crossing is destined to become a town square plaza for community gathering and immersive experiences.
