JPRA provided the site planning and design for the new M1 Concourse that houses collectors’ cars on Woodward Avenue in Pontiac. Groundbreaking took place June 24, 2015, with the official grand opening was August 14, 2016, just in time for the Woodward Dream Cruise.

M1, named for the famed Woodward Avenue’s state road designation, showcases collectors' cars via the 250 private, climate-controlled garages or "car condos" overlooking the 1.5-mile Champion Motor Speedway. Professional drivers rave about the high-quality track.
