James Grigsby, AIA
James R. Grigsby is Chairman and CEO of JPRA Architects.
As President of the firm, Jim is responsible for all planning
and development activities as well as internal business
management. His thirty years of retail planning experience
blend the unique perspectives of architecture and development,
having spent seven years with The Taubman Company working on
developments throughout country. Mr. Grigsby is a graduate of
Lawrence Technological University School of Architecture and
is a Registered Architect in nine states including Michigan.
From 1997 to 2001, he served as a member of LTU's Professional
Advisory Council on Architecture and served as Chairperson
from 1999 to 2001. Mr. Grigsby is a member of the AIA, ULI and
ICSC, along with other professional and industry related
organizations.

William J. Beitz, Jr., AIA, OAA, AAA
William J. Beitz, Jr. is the President and
COO of JPRA Architects and is in charge of architecture,
construction administration and technical research. Mr.
Beitz also serves as President/CEO of JPRA International,
which is currently conducting business in Canada. He
received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and
Bachelor of Architecture Professional degrees from
Lawrence Technological University. Mr. Beitz is a
registered Architect in twenty-two states, and the
Provinces of Ontario and Alberta, Canada. He is a member
of the AIA, NCARB, Ontario Association of Architects, Alberta
Association of Architects, Royal Architectural Institute
of Canada, ICSC and the Engineering Society of Detroit.

James P. Ryan, AIA
Jim Ryan serves as Chairman Emeritus of JPRA Architects, the multi-award winning
firm which he founded in 1978. Jim provides input
and guidance to the architectural design staff and serves as the
director of the firm's marketing
activities. Jim received his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
from Lawrence Technological University, and in 1997 he was
presented with the University's first annual "Distinguished
Alumni Architectural Award." Jim is a registered architect in
twenty states and is a member of the AIA, ICSC, ULI and NCARB. Jim
has lectured at schools and universities and has been both
speaker and chairperson at various ICSC and ULI functions.

Gregory Tysowski, AIA
Gregory Tysowski serves as the Vice President of Design for
JPRA Architects. As Vice President of the firm's Design
Group he directs and manages architectural, interior, and
graphic design for the firm. He is a graduate of Lawrence
Technological University and is a Registered Architect in
the State of Michigan. Mr. Tysowski has served as project
designer for a number of retail, restaurant and hospitality
project throughout the United States. He has also been
involved with projects in Australia, England, South America
and Canada.

Frederic McCoy, Jr., AIA, LEED® AP
Fred McCoy serves as a Principal for JPRA Architects and has
been a part of many high-profile projects since joining the
firm in 1991. His primary role has been to act as Project
Architect for larger projects, coordinating the work of
JPRA's project team and consultants with the client's
representatives, contractors and regulatory agencies. His
background includes seven years at The Taubman Company and
four years as Director of Administration at a major office
planning firm. Mr. McCoy is a LEED® accredited
professional and is active in the field of sustainable
"green" design. He graduated from University of Detroit with
a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree from the School
of Architecture, and from Lawrence Technological University
with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1977.

Sue Neumann, AIA
As a Principal at JPRA Architects, Sue Neumann directs the
operation of the planning segment of all JPRA projects.
Her 20+ years of diverse retail experience blend the unique
perspectives of architecture and development, having spent
ten of those years with The Taubman Company working on the
development of regional shopping centers across the United
States. Ms. Neumann received her Bachelor of Science in
Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and her
Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan; and
she is a Registered Architect in the State of Michigan.

Dan Rodriguez, AIA
Dan Rodriguez is a Principal of JPRA Architects. Since
joining the firm in 1986, Mr. Rodriguez has been responsible
for overseeing major projects from the design concept through
construction administration. Mr. Rodriguez's 25+ years of
retail experience include regional shopping centers, village
concept centers, overbuilds, value centers, and anchor
stores. Mr. Rodriguez is a graduate of University of Detroit,
where he received both his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor
of Architecture degrees. He is a Registered Architect in
Michigan and New York and is a member of the NCARB and the
AIA.

Robert Stacherski, AIA
Rob Stacherski is a Principal of JPRA Architects, responsible
for project management, coordination, preparation and
supervision of contract documents and construction
administration for many of JPRA's largest projects. He
received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Bachelor
of Architecture degrees from Lawrence Technological
University and is a Registered Architect in the State of
Michigan.
