PLANNING
Planning is the critical first phase that leads to the ultimate success of any project. Working with the Client, JPRA helps determine "what can be built" on a given site. JPRA's project types include commercial office, retail and mixed-use developments.

Upon determination of the initial program, JPRA develops the site plan design encompassing the Client's criteria while allowing for architectural flexibility in later design phases of the project. As the project develops, JPRA plays a lead role in obtaining the necessary governmental plan approvals required to allow the project to proceed. In this role, we also coordinate the efforts of civil engineers, landscape architects, traffic and other client-assigned consultants to ensure the integrity of the project during development.
